In this session, residential sales agents will learn about:

The new PO Form 6 REIQ Residential Sales Schedule and changes to workflow needed to facilitate the new seller’s disclosure regime;
The new REIQ Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Residential Real Estate (to be released on 1 August 2025); and
An overview of the new Securexchange tool for preparing a Form 2 Seller Disclosure Statement.

This training is essential for residential sales agents in Queensland as they prepare for the implementation of the new seller’s disclosure regime commencing on 1 August 2025.
