HOW CAN I REGISTER A GROUP?

To register a group of 2 – 15 people in one transaction, please select 'Group Tickets' on the main webpage, or email us on events@reiq.com.au and the team will send you a group registration form to complete.

HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO ANOTHER PERSON?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another person. Please email the attendee's full name and email, along with the new attendee's full name and email, to events@reiq.com.au to process this.

WILL WIFI BE AVAILABLE FOR ATTENDEES?

Yes, WIFI will be available for attendees

WHAT IS THE REFUND OR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Tickets are non-refundable at the time of purchase, however you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person by emailing your request to events@reiq.com.au.

HOW CAN I BECOME AN EXHIBITOR AT LIFT 2025?

Please contact us on events@reiq.com.au or phone us on 1300 MYREIQ (697 347) for more information on becoming an exhibitor.

DOES THE VENUE OFFER DISCOUNTED ROOM RATES FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDEES?

Yes, we have a conference rate available with the JW Marriot. You can access this special rate HERE, or via the websites accommodation tab above.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE ONSITE?

Parking is available onsite for a fee. 

Hourly: $5.00

Daily: $24

Valet: $45 daily
